CMC has always been the first port-of-call for users who want to search for market data of the latest and hottest cryptoassets. We remain committed to this mission.

• CMC is now automatically tracking the market data of 2.4M+ cryptoassets for free via our dexscan on-chain infrastructure.
• We will continue to closely monitor market trends and prioritize listings/requests that have strong industry interest/traction for free to ensure that our data is as (verifiably) accurate and comprehensive as possible.
• Turnaround times for the free tier are highly variable and are not guaranteed, as there is an element of competitive benchmarking against other projects. Listing outcomes for the free tier can range from days to months/years depending on industry interest/trends.

While our automated system does much of the heavy-lifting, we still receive thousands of requests for listings and page updates, resulting in a sizable backlog. For these reasons, we now offer a tiered fee model for those who want us to quickly process non-automated updates. This safeguards our ability to provide industry-leading crypto asset data, allowing us to:

• Invest in the essential infrastructure and manpower to continue tracking the voluminous data associated with each cryptoasset and exchange. As the number of assets on our site rises inexorably, so do maintenance costs.
• Balance competing resource demands while continually innovating on our product offerings.
• Better prioritize. There is overwhelming demand to cut down on wait times. We will continue to clear our sizable backlog according to our prioritization framework.

The official paid service provided directly by CMC provides enhanced benefits vis-a-vis unauthorized intermediaries:

• Service-level agreements (SLAs) provide customer protection and certainty over turnaround times. We will only issue an invoice and strive to meet the deadline after performing an internal feasibility analysis. 
• Attempting to bribe CMC staff will result in the blacklisting and delisting of the project.
  
• Prices can be viewed here. 
• To avoid pay-2-win, we do not accept payment for rank-related updates (e.g. circulating supply or exchange rankings). Circulating supply updates for forms 4 and 5 will remain free.

CMC Priority is a fast-track service

CMC Priority is a response to overwhelming demand to cut down on wait times. Clients pay for certainty over turnaround times. We will only issue an invoice if we are confident of meeting the deadline after performing an internal feasibility analysis. 

How does CMC Priority work?

• CMCP is available to all projects, subject to technical feasibility.
• To ensure the safety of our users and avoid any rank manipulation, CMCP will only apply to attributes (e.g. socials, website, logos) that do not affect rank (e.g. circulating supply). 

(B) Terms & Conditions
Issued invoices are subject to and incorporate by reference the standard Terms and Conditions here. By subscribing to or using any service or product in connection with issued invoices, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms.

1. All projects are eligible.
2. Your access is subject to (i) technical feasibility and (ii) verification according to our data admissibility criteria. Projects with an existing CoinMarketCap (CMC) page: (i) Coin page, (ii) Dexscan pair page, (iii) Exchange page are more likely to meet the technical feasibility requirements.
3. ALL requested updates must be visible on the project's official website/socials (especially contract address) to avoid processing malicious updates. We do not accept payment for rank-related updates.
4. For coin updates/listings, CMC will run the contract address through scanning tools to mitigate risks. For exchange updates/listings, CMC reserves the right to take measures to address anomalous data/volumes, which could take the form of de-listings or data outlier exclusions. As an aggregator, market data for coins are sampled at a fixed interval from exchange APIs and/or on-chain data. Our price charts are an amalgamation of these inputs. This service does not include the modification of our price charts. 
5. CMC reserves the right to (i) issue alerts or (ii) remove information from any page if it infringes on copyrights or harms the UX.
6. ETA will depend on the complexity of the updates. Rough benchmarks (in terms of business days, GMT+8 timezone) are in Section C. Please ensure that all the information in the ticket is complete and functional at the time of payment, as subsequent piecemeal updates may be treated as separate jobs/invoices. Prices quoted are per page, i.e. pages like Uniswap v3 (Ethereum) and Uniswap v3 (Arbitrum) are counted as two separate jobs. 
7. Payment shall be made from a clean wallet address that has not interacted with any non-compliant source (e.g. mixers, sanctioned, stolen/illegal funds). Any payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Please review pricing carefully and ensure that there are no errors in the requests.
8. Your use of the services shall be at your own risk. We provide the services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, CMC and/or its affiliates, employees, officers, managers, directors, agents, disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, error-free, non-infringement, or for a particular purpose, regardless of express or implied, regardless of in the aspect of tort, contract or otherwise, and regardless of whether CMC has been advised of the possibility of such liabilities.
9. CMC hereby disclaims all warranties, conditions, common law duties and representations, either express, implied, oral or written. CMC makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the services. Also, CMC assumes no liability or responsibility for:
   
   • (i) any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of the services;
     
   • (ii) personal injury, property damage, lost profits, loss of data or any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the CMC services;
     
   • (iii) any interruption, suspension or termination of the services;
     
   • (iv) any bugs, viruses or similar links transmitted by third-parties on or through the Services;
     
   • (v) any programs intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any personal information of you; and/or
     
   • (vi) any damages arising from or in connection with unexpected circumstances or otherwise beyond our reasonable control.
10. In no event shall CMC be liable to you or third parties for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, use, data, or other economic advantage), however it arises, whether for breach of contract or in tort, even if CMC has been advised of the likelihood of such damages occurring.
11. CMC has no control over third-party sites which you may have access to, including those sites which are linked to our websites. Therefore, CMC is not responsible for the content or function of any other websites, and disclaims any liability for any aspects of such third-party websites via your direct access or through our websites or software functionality. The applicable service terms and privacy policies of those third-party websites shall govern your use of such websites.
12. The maximum aggregate, cumulative liability of CMC and our members, officers, employees, directors, consultants, affiliates, will not exceed your direct damages, if any, up to the total amount paid by you to us during the three (3) months prior to your making a claim against CMC. These limitations and exclusions regarding damages apply even if any remedy provided by us fails to provide adequate compensation.
13. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CMC and/or its affiliates, employees, officers, managers, directors, agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, injuries, damages, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees and other expenses) arising from or in connection with:
    • (i) your access or use of the CMC services;
    • (ii) your breach or alleged breach of any terms, conditions, obligations, representations or warranties contained under this Agreement;
    • (iii) any materials, or other information provided by you or on your behalf;
    • (iv) your violation of any applicable laws or third-parties' rights and interests; and/or
    • (v) your other illegal, fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

(C) Pricing

We also offer pre-paid packages with quantity discounts.

C1- Coin update/listing (USD5K for items 1-12 with ~24 hr ETA after payment is confirmed)

7. We will not provide advice on how to game our exchange rankings beyond what is already public knowledge. We cannot guarantee a 'good' rank or immunity from our outlier exclusion algorithms.

(D) Workflow

• Don't trust, verify. To avoid being scammed, please cross-reference these links across official CMC resources ('get listed' button on CMC homepage, socials, etc). We won't DM first. All communication will be initiated via tickets from our official forms to mitigate risks. Visit www.coinmarketcap.com > Scroll to the bottom > Click on 'request form' OR 'methodologies' to verify that the links are authentic.
• Payment will be requested after we have provided an ETA in the ticket. 
• After receiving payment and completing the updates, we will close the loop in the ticket. 
• Payment shall be made from a clean wallet address that has not interacted with any non-compliant source (e.g. mixers, sanctioned, stolen/illegal funds). 

(E) Payment Details

• CMC will assess the feasibility of the job and provide an ETA.
• After the client agrees to the terms, CMC will issue an invoice containing payment details.
• Updates will be processed after we have confirmed receipt of payment.
